No! it still is not working, you can not add anything to him.

Yes. The problem is and was even if there is some skills ,you cant add them
too him. Also I tried whit cheat on , if you hit the 4 taste ,and get a lot of
skills, You can not add them too him.

I am at Tortuga and just hired Mr. Gibbs and this is what I got. I saved while still in the tavern right after hiring him.

On another note I crashed once there already. I always crash there at least once. Plus this time while running around something kept freezing the game. They were just short freezes but very noticeable. That never happened there before.

any idea where he is generated? I can only find a notion of gibs in the jack sparrow character inits.

Found where he is initialized and I see what is happening.
This should be a simple fix. I will try to make it a bit better tomorrow but if someone is able to test this already it would be nice.
Place this in:
POTC\PROGRAM\Characters
