Now how presumptiuos could a person get!!

ok here it comes; I know there are maps for the Islands and where they be, but, are there maps for the individual towns and where one would be able to use while in a particular town...

Most of the towns are fairly small and so you wouldn't need the maps... You can fast travel to the important places... I don't think anyone's made maps of the towns, but there are some wonderful dungeon maps made by CaptainRED:

THOSE will prove helpful, I am SURE! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/onya.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":onya" border="0" alt="onya.gif" />

Oh yeah, dungeon maps are really needed. I ventured into the Oxbay cave yesterday, ten minuters after going in I was so confused that I spend two hours running in circles looking for the exit and ending with reloading. A `quick-exit` option would do rather nicely. As well, I always get confused of the jungle paths.

I always make a right turn when I get into the Redmond dungeon, no matter what. Just keep turning right - but don't go OUT - keep following the walls to the right. Eventually you will end up outside where you originally entered, after traversing the entire dungeon. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/onya.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":onya" border="0" alt="onya.gif" />

how do you fast travel? 90% of my time spend in town are running here and there looking for tavern or shipyard

Hit ENTER, go to the "fast travel" icon, hit ENTER again and you´re given a choice of locations you can fast- travel to. It´s the merchant, the tavern, the governor (if any), the shipyard, the loanshark and the port if you entered by sea OR had your ships repaired in the shipyard after arriving from land (be carefull to do this in a hostile town, as soon as you leave port, you´ll get clobbered by the fort; been there, done it and survived - barely)

no wonder, i always think wat is the use of fast travel icon, i thought it was same as the shortcut/keyword ®.so i nvr tried it.
