Build 13 brothel is in Pirate Settlement, Quadrebas Costillas.

Brothel mod should be switched on -- In the Buildsettings.h file in the Pirates of the Caribbean folder ( land Exploration , Locations Section )

That would be because it is the biggest ship and isnt likely to turn up...

The only place there IS one is the second to last ship in the storyline

Aww, I'm going to have to disagree. I met some Man o Wars early on in B13 when on missions for local Governors. Then after that whole Barbados/Oxbay battle they started showing up in shipyards. Currently I'm gearing up for the Black Pearl and my fleet consists of 2 Man o Wars and 2 Battleships. My flagship is a humongous brute with a bull with huge horns on the bow. I named it "Raging Bull". I'm playing on "journeyman" level, so they might not be there at the higher levels.

I meant always one, they do sometimes appear in random encounters and pirate hunting

Random encounters...... I was once trying to sneak onto an island through the back door and encountered a Man o War and 2 Frigates. So much for stealth! 2
