Main Quest Error

Probably alreadywell known but here we go anyway; in the main quest in the bit wher u gotta go into rheim's house through the side, the side is locked. Ive played this quest god knows how many times before in the other builds and its never done this so it cant be me. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />o) Ive tried reinstalling but the prb remains.
