Just bought PoTC, component transfer error

Hi guys, I just bought the game from amazon, tried to install it but it's giving me a component transfer error at 95% each time, and its the data3.cab. I searched the boards and this could be a bad cd, which I tried cleaning with alcohol, and theres not that many scratches on it. I tried installing to the hard drive, and copying files to the desktop, but the only file that wont transfer is that data3.cab file from cd2. Could someone maybe send me that data3.cab file? I also have windows 7. I'm a big fan of naval history and really want to play it with the mods, thanks for your help.

Try making an image of your cd and mount it with a virtual device (like deamon tools). That sometimes does the trick.
