I am wondering, is it normal for the Netherlands that jobs haven't got any kind of salary details?
In Austria, you are required by law to put some kind of number or range in a job ad.

That's an interesting observation and question, that is!

Oddly enough, these two of theirs DO have salary details:
Medewerker inkoop- en voorraadbeheer
Tijdelijke administratief medewerker
But that's shore jobs; not seagoing ones.

Looking a bit further though, the original First Mate one does feature salary details after all.
It's just written in "code":
