Installing problem

My friend tried to install AOP on his pc but he said he got a load of errors during installation. When each one pops up, he clicks on ignore then finally at the end of installing it comes up with one that says send error report or don't send. It doesn't matter which one he clicks, the installation closes and AOP fails to install.

Looks like a bad disc, is it a bought copy? Either way; try installing it to another location, preferably another hard drive.

Okay, well it's my disk that has been used on my PC and it worked fine, it is a bought copy. We tried installing it on my friends and it came up with that. Thanks for the help.
