I can´t proceed with Rheims quest

I am playing the Build 12. Previously in the course of my playing of older Builds I didn´t have any problems with fulfilling those quests.
So, I am trying to find Rheims. I went to smugglers´ lair and went to Machado so as I would talk to him about Rheims. But Machado don´t want to talk to me and he constantly tells me " go immediately from my hose I don´t have any time" or something similar. When I waited for the dusk and tried to get to Rheims house, it was impossible. So, how can I proceed ?

Hi, mates. On the right side of the Rheim´s house isn´t any window, but there is some hidden entrance on the wall and I tried it several times but it doesn´t work this time.

If it's not dark yet, go to the tavern, and stay until nightfall.
