HUGE TROUBLE TO DOWNLOAD BUILD11 MOD + NEED ADVISES

Hello to all of you first,

I just began to work to POTC EUROPEAN VERSION and i only discover today that a couple of mods were existing considering the huge amount of bugs that occurs during this game...

unfortunately i can't download the PMT BUILD v11 Mod for an unknown reason from <a href="http://www.piratesahoy.net" target="_blank">http://www.piratesahoy.net</a> , obviously the redirect process send me to an htm files which explain me all the updates but NO automatic download occurs...HELP ME...PLEASE

I would like someone to tell me which MODS are the best to download for a complete enjoyment...

Sorry but apparently nothing can be downloaded from this adress !!!...
By the way on this page there is nothing except informations...but no patch to download...
