How to install new ships ?

Hello !
I have a problem : I installed a new Black Pearl (without any build mod) (the one from the movies) but I've a bug with the crew : the ship's crew is walking under, next to (etc) the ship ! What have to do for that they walk ON the ship ? You can also give me a tutorial how to install a new ship, could be that I did a mistake ! Please help me !

PS: Sorry for my bad english and sorry if I'm asking in the false forum !

You need to update the walk file. The attached one is the correct file for the latest Black Pearl version.
Goes in PROGRAM\SEA_AI\walk

Just out of curiosity, why aren't you installing the Build Mod? It has piles of new ships with it. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
