Need Help How to edit ".ptc" files in Tool

Good afternoon. Is there a detailed lesson or guide to the topic: "How to edit ".ptc" files in Tool"?

I need to edit a few of these files.
I need to make certain places inaccessible in 3 locations. And in 2 on the contrary to increase the available territory. Thank you.

For example, I and your project has a model tavern. Near one of the entrances there is a wooden pillar through which you can pass. I understand that in place of the pillar you need to make a hole (white zone), but is it possible to do it through Tool. On the screenshot I stand near the problem pole.

To edit a walk patch:

1 open the .gm file for the location.
2 scene/patch/read character patch,
click on the suggested .ptc file. Open.

That's not what I'm interested in. I need a lesson that will help turn an accessible part of the location into an inaccessible part and vice versa.
