Just curious since I played through the mission again (and won the the race), this time in English thanks to modification.
Technical question however, and a bit obtuse one at that.
How is the personal stake reward calculated for this mission?
For example, I posted a 100k peso for stake, and received a little over 175k+ in return (not counting the 250k Regata prize money and equipment).
They stated it was based on what people were "betting on me to win".
It almost seems bit random, or is it based on the number of hours to complete the race?
For me I believe it was 110 game hours total.
