lol bad for ya but i can understand it for first time play on
swashbukkler its real hard to learn not to win by your self
and want fight fast....
you have to let your crew fight for ya harr harr
only try to defend his attacks and your crew will kill his few men
and if he have less then 5 crew he will get very slow motion
so you have it easy to hit him once more
if he only have 1 crew left you only have to hit him once and he
surrender.....

but to reload your disaster only press load bevore battle its
a extra button at the end of list so you will load bevore you

If your crew's morale is low, and the opposing captain keeps the advantage, then yeah, he can win. Make sure you keep your crew happy and they'll fight all the harder. Also, if you reduced them to 14 beforehand, go ahead and take the extra shot to get them under 10.
