How do you marry the Governor's Daughter??

How do you marry the Governor's Daughter i have tried everything and even though she has 5 hearts next to her name I still have'nt been given the option ARGGHHH!.

Does anyone know how??

Keep wooing, keep wooing... Have you given her a ruby ring or a diamond necklace? Have you fought your rival for her? Keep visiting, keep dancing...
