How do you arm your officers.

I recently `re-installed` the game, first time playing Build 11 MOD, and I've forgotten how you go about arming your officers... were you suppose to talk to them or something? Oh, and story officers now have no dialog? You can only tell them to stand at ease.

Anyone care to tell me? Thanks in advance.

Arm them? Simply stand close enough near them,press action key,and exchange a weapon(gun). That's it.
