How do I lvl up my officers?

Hey. I have the mod and just wondering how I lvl up my officers? Have not found any screen for assigning the skill points to them.

I have identical problem.

When I hire officer he is correctly displayed in interfaces until I change location, then disappears.

If I hire enemy captain as officer or companion and give him command of the ship, then go back to the sea after boarding, I can see that ship but it isn't present in the "Ship" screen (and again, I have empty passenger list).

What is strange, that one people have this problem and others don't.

How was I to know I could scroll on the personal tab =P

note that you get officer exp by the shared exp skill. they can also do vise versa. meaning if all four officers and yourself included have that skill... you can get som quick fast exp in battles. (or so i am lead to believe) also captains and officers you assign to other ships dissapear from your passanger list but not your skill selection screen. their ship should be visable in your ship status window unless distroyed.

What model does that particular officer have? And have you given that officer armor? I might know what causes this problem. Please check if the model's name end in "a" or "A". If so, it's caused by that and the armor. I'll be able to fix that for the next update.

It happens with every officer - disappears as soon as I change location. If I load a saved game just after hiring, I can talk with him/her like with normal officer but is absent in Character and Passengers screens, and then also disappears after changing location. I didn't give nor take anyfing from them. And their model names not necessarily end with "a" or "A". I spent a whole yesterday trying to fix that but with failure. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/urgh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":urgh" border="0" alt="urgh.gif" />
