How can i have a free camera in Build Mode 14

Hi Guys i wanted to ask if someone can tell me how to get a free camera at sea and at land so that i am not following the ship or my charakter, because i have seen some videos

Can someone help me please thanks

At the bottom of PROGRAM\InternalSettings.h (open with Notepad) set FREE_CAMERA to 1.
Now start a new game and pressing Tab will alow you to go into free camera mode ashore and at sea.
Land free camera mode doesn't actually require a new game, just loading your savegame.
However, sea free camera mode does require a new game for whatever reason.
