Help Needed

Hi i know this is the wrong place to post this but i really need help im using build 13 final and when i have to go to FalaiseDeFleur to escort the french captain in the main quest i go to the port and every one is black and there is know sound and when i come out from talking with the dock person i get a CTD please help i love the build mods and i want to continue to play story quest. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" /> <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" /> <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/danse1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="danse1.gif" />

No sound. Areas not textured...Did you run the "RunMe.bat" before starting to play?
