I have completed all the starter quest and when i try to exit Oxbay(from the exit not the bay) it says that the exit is locked what do i do?</span>

As for your first question: use the `Sail-to` function to sail to a location
where you can moore. There´s an anchor icon in the top left corner of the screen, hit enter, and choose the anchor icon - viola, you´re on land!
Your second one: I think you´re trying the towngate leading to the jungle. It´s locked, all right, you have to go to the port and sail away. It´s got something to do with the main quest.
