Help Installing the Mod

Hello, I have just downloaded the Pirates of the Caribbean Modding Team Build v12.
When I click on the b12.exe, a screen asks for the destination location, then I accept creating the backup for the replaced files. After I did select all optional components I clicked next, to the Start Installation screen.

Then, the installation goes to the next screen, that is:

Installing

Some data starts to be downloaded, but half-second later, I get a little window with the message:

Could not communicate to the network server, error 3.
404 not found
Abort --- Retry

If I click on Abort, the installation ends (of course).
When I click on **Retry**, the download proceeds and a second later, the little window comes again, with the same message. The first file to be downloaded is UNWISE.EXE.

Well, after thousands clicks on RETRY, I have finally got a little advance on the second part of the download measurement, where it says: All Files. But using this procedure it will take me an entire day to download the necessary files.

What could be wrong? Could u please help? I have a 320Kbps ADSL connection.

are you saving it to your hard drive and then running it or trying to run it straight off the net?

Sorry, buddy, my bad.

I was doing wrong. Just copied all files to the POTC directory and it's all runni'ng nice n'smooth, now!
Is there a Strategy guide around here for the Mod?

not as far as i know but any major gaming issues you have probably have been asked by someone else in the gaming section or you can always ask and i'm sure someone would of found a way to beat it.
