Greenford fort bug 100%

I have a bug in the quest to take the Grennfort to talk to Clement, the fort only has 100% health and I can use all the ammunition, kill the entire crew and I can't enter the fort to continue the mission. Would you help me ? Thank you very much.

You probably told Danielle at the lighthouse that you're not ready to capture Greenford yet. Talk to her again at the lighthouse, or load a save and choose the correct option.
