Gambling girl quest

Where´s the card´s player who starts the quest where I can win a girl? I´ve read about the quest in the questtext, but I never met the gambler so far, only the `dice-player` in the tavers. I know with this quest I can save a lot of money to get back on the good side with the French...

It is just a dice player, the thing is, after he says he isn;t gonna play anymore u gotta talk to em again. Most will just tell you to buzz off, but if ur lucky he'll tell u he'll have something else to wager.

If your luck is 10 (this is what happened to me at any rate) Then you can gamble for the gal immediatly. The annoying thing is that at the end of the quest, you have to take her to the French governor, but you cant get into his town hall untill you finish the oxbay quest.
