Fort's not fireing back

I finding that when pirate ships attack fort they only get fired on by the forts every now and again, I'm playing post build 12, Dont know if this has been posted before or if it's a bug or not.

It might be because the forts run out of ammunition. This should be fixed, but I don't really know how to... <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":?" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

Dosent matter much any how, Just thought I would mention it.

I just attacked Greenford fort and it never fired 1 shot at me and after capturing greensford I only had to fight 3 soldiers and that was it.

I'm no good at moding I only know how to build computer's, Wish POTC had a Consruction set the same as Morrowind, I spend hour after hour makeing small mod's with that.
