The monk cross thing (double hit points) is in Build 13 Final. There are monks in Oxbay and QC that I know of, and may be one in Falise de Fleur and/or Grand Turks.
There is a setting in internalsettings.h that makes it so you can't save. If you set it to zero, you can get the cross and save, but that defeats the point. I don't know if the setting is retroactive - changing it once you have the cross may not make a difference, (it's not like you can save and test it out LOL)
