Okay so I just got the Build 13 and I started a new game. So I thought hey I should make some quick money escorting a ship but the guy tells me "take me to Philipsburg" and I have absolutley no iea where that is. Also when I check the world map that shows all the islands is there a way to like zoom in because I can barley read what is at the islands or what they are called.

it's either on saint martin or antigua, who lie in the south-west.

It is on Saint Martin, the most southeastern island. It is just east of QB, or just south of Isla Muella, whichever way you want to go. And, I don't know of any way to zoom in on the in-game map.

anyway, i believe zooming can be done by holding the left or right mouse-button, but only on the worldmap, not the one in the menu. -
