I've seen that one before as well.
Did you remove the PROGRAM folder during the installation process as per the instructions?

Yes, I've followed all the instructions to the letter

ARGH! That STILL doesn't make sense. <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/modding.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="modding.gif" />
I tested the installation process; the order I posted DOES work correctly.
Unless perhaps some sort of Windows Vista security thing prevents things from going right.
Doe you have Windows "over-security" Vista by any chance?
