Engine Won't Load, Build 14.95

Ok, here's the deal. After really enjoying Build Mod 13, but thinking that several parts of the mod could be improved and also not wanting to play a really buggy Alpha, I decided to wait until Build Mod 14.95. I installed it over my Build 13 Mod, and now the game won't load. It says something like 'Engine has stopped working' before I can get on the actual game. I didn't follow the installation instructions, as I thought I would be ok without them (the only bad effect in 13 of not following them was that the Regulating Captain in Antigua's dialogue didn't load, but I could live with that) and now I don't know what to do to fix it. Any ideas?

It appears as though I didn't install Patch 3. I'm doing it now. I did all the other things, so I'll let you know if it works or not. If not, then I don't know what it could be.
