Need Help editing a file

can someone show me which file to edit so that the swords and pistols can only be sold to store or trader if in excellent condition. That way you can only make money on those items. That way if you do want to sell mediocre swords and pistols, you have to spend money at the blacksmith first.Oh yeah, is it true the russians have a site with files and stuff?

no need to edit a file for that!

You can swith off the different quality levels of weapons.
Go to Options - Game Preferences - realism Settings: Character - Weapon Qualities.
Just switch it off to have weapons only in one quality and never worry about repairing them.

Unfortunately, I don't know anything about russion sites.

i want to repair them to make money, i just want the stores or traders to want to buy only excellent swords/pistols and not anything less

I have to look into it to see what you should change exactly but I think you should be able to figure it out on your own.
