Solved Downloading Modding Tools

Hi, I found this website a few days ago, and it seemed to answer all my dreams that I had years ago when I played my PotC game, unfortunately, when I try and follow links to the tool downloads, or go straight to http://www.piratesahoy.net/build/tools/ the page reads:

PiratesAhoy! - Error
The requested page could not be found.

Has something gone wrong? I'd really like to get my hands on some of the tools mentioned in all the guides and tutorials, and I'd be gutted if downloading them was no longer possible

@userplus: Those files were given to us by v seaward.ru with a password on it, so we figure that password is not supposed to be common knowledge.
We do know it, but of course, but we try to keep it secure by only handing it out to people we think we can trust.
