Double Barreled Musket Quest

I've been sailing around and around the map looking for the pirate ship arrow with no luck and only useing up food, were abouts on the map should I look

I found him outside of Nevis, but I didn't see him on the map, I found him by going to sea mode and using the "sail to" button on the quick commands. You can sometimes find ships to plunder that way to.

It's random, just like with any other of the "find ship" quests. There's no point running around the Caribbean looking for him, it's a needle in a hay stack, just go about your business and you'll bump into him eventually.
