Solved Divide the plunder. But how?

Hello.

I don't really know how can I divide the plunder to the crew. I have like 3,6 milion gold coins + 7 milion stashed in "bank" (loan shark i guess). So i signed up articles and here I am with my problem. After few weeks morales lower to the lowest = munity. I have no quest related to this in my quest book.

Things I tried:
I have raised crew morale on full.
I have donted my personall money to them.
I have sold my whole cargo.
I have asked my officer to come back on normal sallary terms and he told me to divide the plunder first...
I have tried to talk with crew about it, but there is no such option in dialog.

I am running the latest ver. of the mod (Build 14 from ModDB site).

Please help me out Guys! Sorry for my English.

I don't really know how can I divide the plunder to the crew.

You have to do it by talking to a Loanshark ashore.
