I've tried asking the tavern keeper but he doesn't say anything.

From port, go to first section of town.

There, face the next set of gates, toward town center.

The house is on right side nearest that gate.

I was told that "He lived in a house" by the tavern-keep. That didnt really help much, there are a lot of houses in FDF.
