Crashing (only when at sea)

I have never been able to fix the crashes even after installing multiple updates, fresh copy's, build mod 2.5 and beta 3. Still every time I load to go out to sea it will crash, or any other action when I am at sea (Sometimes it actually loads, but later in the game play another sea action causes the crash). I have never experienced a crash on land though.
-I have tried the compatibility fix
- Administrator options
-Disabling safe mode
-Different resolution settings

- I have an Acer desktop with 3 gigs ram
- Ati radeon x1200 series is my graphics card. (in my properties it says 256 memory is dedicated video memory I don't know if that effects anything.

If you see any problems or have any further advice on what to attempt to fix the issue, help is greatly appreciated for I love this game.

The files attached are from my last crash, I believe its not always the problem, but it will display one of them.

You have an integrated video chip in your desktop. Does your motherboard have an AGP or PCI-E slot on it? What you need is a real actual video card.

Which modpack version is that? If it is the latest Beta 3 test version, then you've got an installation error.
Not sure if that is the cause, but it won't be helping, that's for sure.

Alright I will try to re-install and and see if that fixes anything.

I'm currently in the process of buying a new computer and hopefully it will work on it
