Crash,again

Ok I mannaged to solve the first crash problem but now I'm long way through the game in the pirate camp in the jungles is Dowesen so I need to hire myself onto a ship in order to get to the other island to meet Daniele but when the guy enters the tavern and talk to me I accept his offer and then the game crashes with an Engine.exe error.
I started the game already with the build 12.1 full downloaded,I have Direct X 9.0 and new graphic drivers.....whats wrong?

Is that the guy who promises to take you to Isla de Muelle if you do a job for him? I recall having that same problem myself. Apparently, that quest part just doesn't work in Build 12. Before that guy enters the tavern, you should talk to the captain of the other ship, then threaten and kill him. You will then get his ship.

But that bug <i>should</i> be fixed some time.
