Couple of side quest glitches?

Hi,

Anyone else had these problems?

I took on the rescue the admiral's son quest and then left it too late. When I went into the French inn to find the captain of the escort ship the ransom dialogue kicked in even though the kidnappers weren't there. The inkeeper said that the captain was upstairs but the door to his rom was locked and so was the door out of the inn. I went to a previous save and rescued the admiral's son and everything was then OK.

The new quest with the governor's wife - when I meet her outside the inn the dialogue is broken if my portrait is flashing red and then I can't take this quest any further. If the portrait is normal then it's OK. I seem to remember a similar thing happening with the pirates trying to get the cursed coins in Redmond.

The quest with the IM governor's wife (Estrella) is one that I wrote, and sometimes you may find a problem if you exit the tavern when the "vice city" mod is activated (danger red portrait flash). Her dialog may not initiate because you have drawn your sword, or if someone is about to attack you and she draws HER sword... I was going to disable the VC there, but it seemed to be no real problem as long as swords were not drawn. Yes, I had the same glitch with the Admiral's son Lucas

This weekend I will recreate the problem and send the save to NathanKell
