COMPLETELY NEW INTERFACE FOR BUILD12

I was finished a new interface. Idea was taken from russian addon A&M. NameChange option for renaming any character was putted into the character menu. EXIT button was removed, now you can exit from any interface with mouse-click on TITLE. In character, perks, passengers and EncounerOfficer interface now you can see - who is your officer (boatswain, navigator...) All buttons for CREW (pay, salary) and for SHIP (transfer, berthing) moved to the SHIP-interface. And new boat in port (with your crewmambers onboard) included (not my work, but pretty good) Sorry, this is 27 Mb with some new textures and icons.

Small error was found in money.ini: must be salary_3.tga, not salary.tga

Pictures look quite nice indeed! But why isn't Portugal in the Quest Book screenshot?
BTW: You might want to try out the Captain Jack Sparrow model in my modpack; it's better than the default Build 12 version; you might like it. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/me.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":onya" border="0" alt="me.gif" />
 
Well, it will take some getting used to, and there are things I like and don't like about it, but generally it looks and acts pretty good!

BAD: Quest book is hard to read with the shadow under the type font. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />

GOOD: Seems like it is more efficient than the regular interface. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />

Minor irritations - it's all very very very brown... Also the cargo is not terribly distinctive. Bags of sugar look very much the same as bags of wheat. Some of the new icons look a little rough...

Here's a small surprise I found - and I really like this!

I was rather hoping there would be a way to edit your officer's names in this, but if it's there, I couldn't find it. You can change Nathaniel's name in the beginning, but afterwards, no... And no changing your officer's names. That's one of those things on the "to do" list, I think! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="xD:" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />
 
Maybe we could add the good points of this new interface to the Build 12 interface, but leave the rest out? Looks quite cool though. And that screenshot of the crew in the boat is AWESOME! Now we'd need something like that as lifeboat instead of a Tartane. Plus we should disable being put in a Tartane after sinking with your Tartane.

OK. Sorry, i was far from internet.
Now:
about brown color - i tried to keep original colors from SeaDogs. All pictures and GOODS-icons from their
QuestBook - new pictures WITH PORTUGAL <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> finished. And font changed.
NameChange - sorry-sorry-sorry. Repaired. That was some dots in INI file <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
And all small bugs was removed.

Tomorrow i'll upload this fix.

Now i working on with fast switching (on the fly) between two languages English and Russian. All working fine. I think that gives a new life for BUILD12. Many people who speak only Russian wants to play with this build. Ordinary translating and replacing files not so good. They are not understanding what is "replace file" or something... Now all, what we need - dialogs on Russian in dialogs\russian\ folder. Translation working with one button <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> Click... and completely another language

Any comment?
