Fix in Progress Colombia Loanshark locator to far away from door

if you go to the city square and walk straight on the first building is that of the loanshark. if you approach it from the front you will get the loading locator, but in this screenshot this is as close to the door as it works. after this I can make at least 2 more steps forward closer to the door but the loading action will get away then.
So I think the locator needs to be moved a bit or made bigger.

Yes I have seen another locator placed like that and will fix that one.

There is probably a fix already, but not yet tested completly. So let's wait untill a new zip is released and then put it fixed?

"Fix in Progress". @Jack Rackham posted a new locator file with the loanshark locator fixed:
Mod Release - Two new locations in Colombia

I then used the magic of TOOL to merge that fix with some other work on Cartagena, and the whole lot is going into the next update.
