Character Screen Problem

When I press F2 to get into the character screen I lose all input funstion on the screen. The only thing I can do is press F1 to go back to the main menu.

My Computer Build:
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Processor: AMD Athlon II X4 620 (2.6GHz)
RAM: 4GB
Video: NVIDIA GeForce 9800GT
DirectX 11

After restarting the game client three times it know works properly.

That makes no sense. Really don't know of DX 11 might be doing someting fishy to it though, i'm not sure if we've ever had someone play PotC with that version.

DX11 will not cause that. In fact I don't know what would. But! A while back I installed DX9 and it did improve performance in POTC. I recommend it for everyone using Win7.
