Change flags

I want change the spanish flag, Where are the files and how I can do it? <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" />
I like these flags

All the flags used in POTC are in the file:
POTC\Resource\textures\flagall.tga.tx

If you need help working on that file, there are tools on Pieters web page.

Also, on the WiKi there is a tutorial by Catalina on how to add characters, which has a section on converting and editing graphics in POTC
