Cant get into the store in Charlestown (Heration Hornblower)

Hey guys

so i had to completely reinstall POTC than apply all the mods again and the new one aswell
But i try to get into the store in charlestown, Nevis the icon doesnt show for store you just nock on the door, i need to get in there to continue the stornblower story.
And i know thats the shop because it has the store sign on top of it, thanks for anyhelp

It's only open in the daytime.
And when you come off your ship, turn left at the dock, then turn right, it is the first door on your right.
