Build14 Alpha7 Plus Help Please

Hello, Im new here , sorry for the english but i am italian.
I have e big problem in the quest "Two Cutler Beckett's", When i finish to speak whith Beckett's in the Governor office, he tell me to find Rheims in this other man ;
when exit to the office Hall Town it's locked.
I have tried to recharge the save game , bat Nothing .

anybody can help me please

I haven't really got any good ideas. If anyone knows, it's Short Jack Gold. You can try sending him a PM; he added the Jack Sparrow story to the game. But it's very much a work in progress version.
