Build mod?

I cant seem to find any sites where i can download the Build mod. I dont want to pay for the download at fileplanet.com, and the links here at Pirates Ahoy doesnt seem to work. Can somebody please post a link that actually works. And is 100% free.

Is Fileplanet now charging for downloads? It didn't use to charge for the downloads. But it is not an easy site to download from anyway.
