Build 13 - Sharing plunder and Morale?

Hi all! I have a little problem. First of all, I haven't got the foggiest on how to share the plunder. I've been checking through F2 interface, talking to people and all... just dunno. When i try to change to the salary, i can't because I need to divide the plunder first.

Ok, problem number two. My crew's morale goes down hourly. Within one day it goes down to the minimum. Before the battle i always rise it with money, but it's just annoying. I believe it has a connection with problem number 1. However, it says 'We've been out for... (900 days I think)' Even when i sleep in the tavern it doesn't help. What do I do?

than the crew will be angry that the captain is so rich

I rly dunno what to do. It says i need to divide the plunder. Do i donate the money to the crew? Maybe i need to divide it again... somehow. But how?

Is this really related to Build 13? If so, the money issue doesn't apply.
You can divide the plunder at the loansharks.

I believe if you've been out for 900 days, the crew will want you to divide the loot no matter which version of the game you're running.

Go see the loan shark and tell him you want to divide the plunder. He'll give you some instructions. Sell off excess stuff from the ships first, like any cargo. Don't bother repairing the ships as that's done for you automatically. Your ship will be restocked with basic stuff like ammo and food. You'll keep 10% of your money to start the next expedition. If you need more money than that, wait to sell personal items you have until after you've divided the loot, deposit some with the loan shark (it's not included in the division process) or give some to an officer.

After you've divided the loot, you can go back to paying salary if you wish, but you have to do it right then.

Morale going down hourly wasn't part of Build 13.
