Bug?

Ok i had just finished the whole free Oxbay quests after you get out of jail and everything, but now the shipyard and Store don't trade with me, they say "Get out before i call the guards" (or something like that). But excpet for those few guards in the tavern (when they arrest you), i have done nothing to them. What can i do to fix this. The Diplomat doesn't give me the option to help relations with English.

I'm using the Build 12 mod by the way.

Your reputation is too low.
Try rescuing damsels in distress in the jungle, or donate to the church.
If you have the postbuild pack, you can release captured captains for a rep boost too.

Do they also say that if you have low rep with the nation as well?

you only have one reputation; the national things are relations.
But yes, the lower your relation with a nation, the higher reputation you will need to trade with the traders of that nation.
(If you're a saint, they may even let you trade if you're at war with them...)

I fixed it by just buying a letter of marque, now i can trade again.
