Ive talked to the man in Falaise de Fleur or whats its name, and he has told me about the Black Pearl and that it cant be killed. Now my quest book just says that i gotta find out more about BP. Who shall i talk to to find out more?
 
Was he a man in a house at FdF? Or in a Tavern some whar? Thar be a man in a Tavern dat tells some about de BP! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/icon_mrgreen1.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":cheeky" border="0" alt="icon_mrgreen1.gif" />
 
I talked to the man in the house, and now ill go to the tavern and see if i can get some answers there !! <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" />
 
After talking to the man at the house just go to the port and a man will come and talk to you , you will find yourself with him in the tavren . He will talk to you about the BP then your quest book will be updated . After that you will get no hints or information related directllt to the BP untill late in the game when you fight her .

I have to second Fred Bob's compliment, your advice and directions are always clear and precise.

I've been rereading some of the threads where I was trying to help someone, and your translation of my verbose advice had me saying, "yea, what Sam be a sayin", too.

go to the docks! there ye'll be stopped by a stranger who claims to know ye! He'll give ye all the info ye need to continue yer plunderin' or quest or whatever <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/pirate2.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":p:" border="0" alt="pirate2.gif" />
 
Don't worry if your ship isn't at the docks and you have your ship at Octopus Bay either, the guy will show up when you're heading back to you ship.

(My relations with the French are usually somewhat strained at this point in the game and to keep from getting my ship shot up, I tend to park around the back.)

So after the tavern meeting is this just a repeat of the main quest search for the artefact in the temple and then sink the BP ? Seems a bit repetitive if it is............
 
It's an offshoot of the main quest, Rummy. I think it was supposed to be more, but it never got written because of time constraints before the game was released. <img src="http://www.piratesahoy.com/forum/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dunno.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":shrug" border="0" alt="dunno.gif" />
