Battle bug?

Hi there i downloaded your latest mod for pirates of the caribbean and it's really awesome you guys have done some really really great work. I wanted to ask how can i take over a ship when i board it because when i kill all the enemies on the deck i just can't go anywhere even if i press space bar and he is just stuck there so is there anything i can do?
