Aztec gold quest problem

I am doing the Bartalameu storyline and have completed the battle for aquadilla after doing both the hunted(i let Elting live) and a silver train. At the end of aquadilla i went to the port and talked to the others, got the finished quest notation. Problem is when i go to port royale to start the next quest Henry Morgan is not in the townhall. In fact a bunch of characters are stuck on the jetty in La Tortue, including Morgan but also Roxanne, Konzycki and Fontaine. So there is also no Roxanne in Saint Pierre. Any tips to solve this?

I suspect that, after you completed "The Silver Train", you were too quick to leave and did not allow Morgan and Kulczycki to finish their movements. In particular, Morgan should have run off and when he completed his move, that would have triggered his move to Port Royale. They are now stuck.

Download the attached file. Load your latest savegame, then press F12. You should see a message on screen, "Executed Console". Morgan should be moved to Port Royale residence.
