How do I finish this quest... he's been kidnapped and taken somewhere on Conciacao, I'm guessing the smuggler's den. If that is in fact the place then I've got another problem, everyone attacks me b/c of my reputation.

I already did that... I went to the upstairs room and then I got accused of murder and then cleared, which was when they told me they thought he was on the island somewhere

You have to leave the town like you wanna go to the smuggler camp
