Need Help Apothecary and dead albatrosses

Hello!

I have two problems with the Apothecary in Bridgetown. I started the quest with the mysterious plants, after a while I went to the church in Bridgetown to donate money, as the quest says. Then I went back to the Apothecary and he's gone! Why?

I found 2 dead albatrosses. I didn't pick em up but somehow they ended up in my inventory? I assume the naturalist in Bridgetown is the Apothecary? If he's gone I can't get rid of these albatrosses... ?

I'm playing Build 14 Beta 4.1 WIP - Updated: 7 January 2017, Hoist the colours with Jack Sparrow.

@Harriet Ström: There is a point in that quest where he disappears and you can hand in the albatrosses with the Tavern lady.
Worth a try, I suppose.

If not, I wonder if @Jack Rackham has any clues.
Or @Levis if he's around.
