Anyone Notice This?

Has anyone noticed that when you board an enemy ship, the sounds playing in the background are really a track ripped straight from the movie, Braveheart? I think it was the Battle of Stirling scene, but as soon as the infantry clash and start brawling that is when the track that plays in the Pirates of the Caribbean boarding sequences starts. I just wanted to also know if this is even legal because it is obviously ripped straight from the movie.

LOL! That's not an original game sound; it's one we added in our modpack. I'm not sure where all our newly added sounds came from.
But we're not ripping off the movie's sailes in any way, so I don't see much of a problem.
